Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a useful tool to make us more aware about ourselves, increasing awareness about what’s happening in our body here and now, what we feel, rather than focusing on what we don’t feel. Hypnosis helps us to gain bigger awareness about ourselves and bring memories that have been suppressed, back to our consciousness. Through hypnosis we create a connection with our inner child and become aware about our subconscious motives, which in turn help us to make changes in our lives.
